Visited this place couple of weeks ago. We informed to the downstairs staff before going up. But still we had to wait for about 30min to get our food.There’s enough and comfortable seating, which I loved right away. There was no other people when we went there. So, it was just us. The interior looked decent.We ordered Fish and Chips, Chicken Lasagna, Oreo milkshake and strawberry milkshake. Food took about 30min to arrive and then only they cared to tell us that strawberry milkshake is not available. We had to order a vanilla milkshake instead. Fish and chips was not so good. Chips were alright but the fish was very thin with a thick crust outside. That was not appealing at all. But chicken lasagna was very good with flavorsome layers of cheese and vegetables. Drinks were just okay. Nothing so special. Bit on the watery side.Service was okay. The fellow who was there looked bit annoyed but still he was okay. The rating is purely based on the ambience and the comfortable interior. Will definitely go back for the lasagna.

Had to call downstairs Fab to send someone up to the restaurant. Ordered an All day breakfast which includes sausages, omelet, chicken ham, button mushrooms, burger pattie and mashed potatoes with a hot chocolate. Ham wasn’t available so they filled it up with extra sausages. Everything was fried except the mushrooms, even the mashed potatoes were deep fried so not a balanced healthy breakfast you would expect. The sausages were a bit over fried as well. The hot chocolate came within a few minutes but the meal took more than half an hour even though they said it’ll be done in 15 minutes. Ambience is good and the guy at the counter is very friendly and courteous. A calm cozy place to hang around.
Like the reviews put up by others I have to say the rating goes for the ambiance and service. Excellent service and excellent atmosphere but the food really doesn’t do much. My friend ordered a Fish and Chips, it would seem they haven’t grasped the basic principles of preparing the fish in a Fish and Chips dish. It was almost a roll. Not very impressive. The expresso was good and strong though. It’s a lovely place just not so great on the food.
