Clean. Doesn’t look like a decent place from the outside. But pretty good place indeed. Less crowd. Friendly staff. Prices are little higher than the other places around. But foods are tasty.
This was a quick spot that we came across for lunch during work. The ambience at the place is what probably attracts a good crowd as it does have a good interior as well as an exterior seatingThere is a good vibe to the place which attracts alot of people here. The food isn’t that great, and I’ve had better food at places which weren’t this great, so there’s a big room for improvement there.
So I went in for a late lunch on a poya day and I wasn’t disappointed with the choices available (given the time and day). Although my preferred rice options weren’t available I had to select among a pasta set menu, seafood pasta, chicken pasta, lasagna and what looked like fried noodles with egg. I went for the set menu as it consisted of pasta, potatoes, generous chunk of chicken along with two bread rolls. Other than the gravy on the chicken being too salty for my liking the meal was quite satisfying and filling (I do eat a lot), and all items well cooked.
I have gone to the restaurant 3, 4 times i have to say the food is best in the town. It’s totally worth for the money you pay. I have tried chicken mexicana, chicken enchiladas and hot pot rice and all these are delicious. I would recommend these 3 for anybody. When it comes to deserts, chocolate lava pudding and sundae shock are yummy. Once i tried cheesecake with blueberry topping and i wasn’t happy with the taste of that at all. Staff seems nice however sometimes they are kinda slow and unresponsive. If the staff service was great, i would have given a 5/5 rating.
