There are so many better places but i went to this this place because i have been a loyal customer for this place for more than 4 years. i placed the order and when i came to pick up my food i asked them if everything is here and they said yes. after coming home i realized that they have given me 4 dose s less even though i paid for them too. they did this to earlier too but i didn’t take any action against them. then i called up this place and they reluctantly told me that they will send those asap. a very bad service and it ruined my whole evening. i would advice the customers of this place if you really really want to by food from this place (which i will never again) please double check your order before leaving even if they say its complete

Wost customer service ever. Went for a takeaway order and the person who claims to be the manager (guy wearing specs) has intentionality put a aditional dish which we have never ordered. When we asked him to remove it he was furious and refused to remove it. He has some bad attitude problems. Cancelled the order and came back. So sad because we used to go there earlier but something like this never happened before. This new person doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. Never going back again.
Horrible!! On 12th of march 2017 we went to dine in. We stayed to place an order for nearly 15min where no one even bothered coming to our table. Then we went and got the menu from the reception and a gent thereafter came and got our order. We gave our meal order and the drink order. We received our drink within 5 minutes from the time we placed our order. But whereas we never received our meal. We stayed for nearly one hour and never got the meal. Finally we walked out, and all they had to say was sorry. The food was over!! The staff didn’t have the decency to at lest say that. If so, yes we do understand.. We could have just walked out. Its a Sunday evening, and they wasted our valuable time. Really disappointed.. Will never go there again!! The worst experience ever!!
