Placed about 100m. from the Pita Kotte junction, Kanora is definitely one of the most popular restaurants in town. The food at Kanora is quite good. I personally doesn’t prefer the lunch at Kanora but the regular breakfast and dinner meals are yummy. The bakery items here are decent, though the bread isn’t the best in town. The recent insertion of the on-the-spot fried shorteats have definitely attracted more customers. The service could be improved. The cashier is quick, but the absence of a que makes the proceedings a bit more difficult. The same person is at the hopper station and the kottu station, therefore takes quite some time when the place is crowded.
One of the many shops to have a decent meal around the area, but surely the only one with a pleasant seating area. All items are reasonably priced and their kotthu is pretty good as well. Their fried rice and even the normal rice is pretty good, but the pastas are pretty poorly flavored.
One of the best places in Pitakotte area to have a decent meal for a very reasonable price. I have tried and I do recommend their, Fried rice, Buriyani, kottu and pastries. There are quite tasty. In the evening you can get freshly made snacks. You can dine in or take away. Available for Breakfast, lunch and Dinner or even to have a meal in between. They also do catering other than this. And we have been getting that service since 2013 during our family functions.Service is really fast and people are really nice. Got a big car park. Good quality food for a reasonable price.
