Dolce Italia was born out of a desire to bring genuine Italian cuisine to Sri Lanka. Established in the Spring of 2014, Manuela Prugnoli created a restaurant that reminds those of warm, gregarious Italian hospitality and put her original authentic mark on the menu and service. Accentuating the use of fresh local ingredients was paramount from the beginning. A friendly convivial atmosphere with warm familiar wait staff welcomes a local following and visitors from far and near..
