No such thing called customer service. Rude and unfriendly staff including the owner. Extremely unprofessional. This place is good for a quick pastry or to buy a loaf of bread on your way home in a hurry after work. Pastries are pretty average. Nothing special about it. I cannot recommend cakes as I have never had their cakes. This is not the place I would order or buy my cakes. Even with pastries, I would only buy from Five Star Bakers when I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to pay a visit to some other place.

I always pass this place on my way to home after office, but most of the time they are closed. But I have been to this place, specially for bakery products and they are equally good with same grade bakeries around mount lavinia. The grocery they provided is also handy and few parking places too very useful.
Regular place of visit for me. My kiddo loves their sandwiches and cheese rolls. Food is fresh and well presented. Their sponge cake is good. Usual place to buy quality sliced/non sliced bread. Place also has a small grocery which is handy at times.
