Great concept to pay for the weight of the food. But poorly executed as it’s over priced. Same concept is properly managed in SG. Idea of this is to make sure people to don’t waste food. So it must be encouraged to use it more and more.Secondly, the cashier at bubble tea place is no friendly at all. They need to learn how to speak to customers.Grill stall manager btw is the complete opposite. Wish there was a way to rate these 3 separately, so would have given 4, 1 and 5 respectivelyOther good thing about this is, you can now pay with UPay.
Urben kitchen, it was a horrible mistake and utter waste. Foods are overpriced for no apparent reason. The service is lame. Yes it had spacious dining area somewhat of an ambiance yet it won’t worth the money you pay. Highly not recommended !
A good place located next to Arpico centre. Ambience is good, and have variety of food corners. But, I’m very disappointed about their customer service – the staff is very slow and not attentive. Got the beverages after finishing our meals. Food was terrible n over priced! Really disappointed and would not definitely go again!
If you need a reference for bad tasting food, the urban kitchen lunch buffet is the place to go. Its a novel idea to pay by weight, and perhaps the only good thing about this buffet. Every single food item is quite insipid. There is no taste at all. The rice options are a little better. The veges, some were over cooked and some undercooked. The meats were horribly over cooked with very strong spices. It just destroys your palate.The service is horrible and lethargic. The waiting staff would take years to do just simple thing like bringing you your drink.If you have a craving for extremly bad food, now you know where to go.
