Ordered a red rice today in the morning and was unable to eat the rice as it was with gullas. I put this review so that no one else will have to go through this disgusting thing early in the morning. I would have liked to include a picture but was unable to take if as I disposed of it. Do not order anything with regards to rice from this place.

If I ever visited to House of Fashions, there are two places that I do not forget to drop by to grab a bite. Ananda Bhawan Hotel and Sri Ariya Bawan Hotel are these two places, and to be honest, these two places provide the best Dosa around this area. These two places are busy as bees during every hour of the day, therefore I chose one of them depending on the crowd inside. Sri Ariya Bawan Hotel is located few steps away from Ananda Bhawan Hotel, right next to Nolimit, Borella. They serve a range of vegetarian food such as Dosa, Vada, Aloo Bonda as well as sweets, like Jalebi, and Laddu etc. If you are looking for a filling veggie meal for a low budget, this is one of the best places to hit.Recently tried Plain Dosa and Ghee Dosa, and as usual they were served with a plate of Onion Vada, Masala Vada, Dal Vada and Aloo Bonda. The Plain Dosa at Sri Ariya Bawan Hotel are not that good in comparison to Ananda Bhawan Hotel, but since they were served warm it tasted fine. The Green Sambol, Red Sambol and the warmly served delicious Sambar made it tasted even better.Doubtlessly, nothing can beat the Ghee Dosa at  Sri Ariya Bawan Hotel. The crunchiness, and the warm Ghee smell, the oiliness that touches your hand provide enough evidence for its deliciousness. The service is quite quick at Sri Ariya Bawan Hotel. Even a Masala Ghee Thosai comes to the table within minutes. Same as at Ananda Bhawan, the staff is friendly, which makes the dining experience more pleasant.
My most favourite Indian food restaurant in borella. Been going there since 2008 and never disappointed. Food is excellent here. my favourites are Dosai, Parata and vegi kottu. Paratas are superb here. I really enjoy them with Sambaru and sambols. Food quality is good and you know it’s fresh when you see em. It’s a typical south Indian vegetarian restaurant with a good good range of food items.Service is really fast you get your food on the tables in a minute. Staff is really friendly, attentive and quick. Generous portions, extremely reasonable prices, value for money
