Was glad when I heard driver was taking to Indian restaurant and even more happy when I had food. When I had gone menu was bheendi, veg korma, rice, dal(which was best) and biryani. It really felt as if I was in India. The hotel interior is also very nice. I would definitely recommend!!!!!!! It was just superb and a must visit for Indians!!!!!!

That horror movie kind feeling with the color preference of red and black across the restaurant interior.Ordered Dum Aloo and Roti but what came across was definitely not Dum Aloo but something altogether. Was so frustrated with the dish that asked the chef to be called and he informed that it is Sri Lankan style Dum Aloo but apologized and asked for the preference as a replacement.My revised order: Plain Palak (no onion no garlic) with RotiThis time, the dish was simply fantastic. The roti was just aptly baked and everything was great. The palak was properly cooked with just the right spices.Visited again on 24-Apr:Custom (ask chef to take the order) order: Tawa Aloo Paratha with Paneer Butter MasalaI’ve been wondering where to get the Tawa Aloo Paratha’s in Colombo but was unable to locate any place offering the same. This time, the chef obliged and the result was good. Even though my preference is for stuffing to be bit on higher side but to get a less oil Stuffed Tawa Paratha is extremely difficult in Colombo. The Paneer Butter Masala was also good. The quantity is good for 2 persons and I’ll plan to visit again.
