Muhamadhiya Hotel and Restaurant. This is one is the main options for me. Their price is good and not that expensive. The fried rice is good, especially if you combine it with the hot fried chicken, you will feel that your dreams come true. Recommend this one.
This place is located opposite Savoy cinema on the Galle Road. They offer delivery service as well. After having passed this place several times I finally decided I’m going to give this place a try and have my lunch. Considering this place is offering a 24 hour service, I was surprised they were able to provide hot hot meals, while keeping the place cleanPositives:- customer service was good – the servers were attentive and helpful. Service  was also quick.- At night they have a wider range, rice items, hoppers, string hoppers,  kothus of different varieties. – Place was somewhat clean, at least the tables and the floor were clean. (I’m not sure about the kitchen)Negatives- Anyone not serving greens with rice and curry loses points in my book.- during lunch, there was insufficient variety of items to eat.- the mango curry was so over cooked that there were no pieces, just sauce.- the chicken was bland. I expected them to do better.  (Perhaps they are preserving their energy for the night shift)- insufficient range of items for dessert. I feel they could have added ice cream, fruit salad, yoghurt etc.Still there’s room for improvement.
