  I came here with the intention of dine-in for lunch. However, there was just one customer having his meals and I felt awkward sitting there. As such I ordered a Takeaway.The reception counter was not very helpful. I had to look around and ask a lot of questions. However, he was very polite. They had advertised some Siam Lunch specials which had set menu. Since I wasn’t sure of the halal factor, I ordered Prawn Fried Rice (set menu) which is supposed to be a small portion.Visually, it was appealing.Serving size and quantity were generous.Taste: good. Price – Reasonable and competitive.Their food can compare favourably with other Chinese restaurants IF they took care of one important matter. NONE of the prawns were de-veined before cooking. It was revolting for me to remove the cooked intestines from the prawns BEFORE eating. To have to do this when you are really hungry and want to dive into the food can be really putting off.Other than this negative experience, I feel they are OK.

  I have been here recently with my family. We entered to the restaurant when it was about to close, around 11pm on Sunday. But, they warmly welcomed all of us without considering the time. We ordered #szechuan #style #chicken , #devilled #chicken , #stirfried #fish , #hotbutter #cuttlefish , #vegetable #salad and #seafood #fried #rice. For desserts we ordered some #caramel #pudding and #watalappan . All in all the size of the portions, tastiness of their dishes and kindness of their staff were well above par. I will recommend this place to anyone who fancy a #chinese #dinnerout around #wellawatta #colombo

  Felt kind of awkward sitting in the restaurant just by myself, clearly the place doesn’t get enough credit for its delish dishes especially for their pad Thais! Only negative thing is the vat , service charge and what not adds up to nearly 25% of the total! It is just a big buzz kill after a good meal!

  Well..I rather had an unusual experience here.I ordered a stir fried pork with oyster sauce for Take away.I was bummed when I saw my bill had several taxes plus a service charge!!! I enquired about it and dint get a positive reply.I had to call the manager and argue to get a refund on the service charge..I mean which place charges service charge for take aways..The food was good but not worth the money..800 bucks for a small portion..

  Wanted to try out something good and satisfying on a rainy evening, so the thing that popped in my head was the word ‘Pad Thai’!And thankfully there was sri siam closer to my house, so went and checked the place out.This restaurant is an extention of curry leaves, the entrance to this restaurant is inside curry leaves, more like a restaurant inside another restaurant!OK lets talk about the food, I ordered a Prawn Pad Thai and it tasted good, only flaw was the seasoning, but other than that all was good! The prawns were cooked to perfection and came along with cubes of tofu  and bean sprouts.The place is managed by both a lankan and a thai manager, and the total highlight about this place is that they actually have about three thai cooks cooking up ur dishes. The environment/ambience was average.But overall a decent place for some thai food. ps: I ordered takeout, so ive attached a pic.
