This is the first Pilas restaurant in the World. What is then Pilas? Pilas is the latin word for ball, and all our food is shaped as a ball. Everything we do is made from scratch, intermediates are forbidden in our kitchen, and so is coriander... Fresh and good, well prepared food in one of the most beautiful places in Europe, Södertorg, Visby, island of Gotland. It certainly stands out from the many fast food, greasy offerings that are found in the dozens in the neighbourhood.
We had sailed into Gotland from Denmark, finished an excellent city tour and found this bijou little place attentive staff and imaginative,tasty and very well presented food.
I went in this place (me, my wife and my two daughters) on 9th of august. Me and my wifes had lamb and salmon tipas and our daughters two mini hamburgers. The food was nice and the people awesome.
