We prepare all the food with love for the craftmanship and the ingredients and we never use semi-manufactured food. All the beef, lamb and potatoes comes from our organic farm. We also have self-grown vegetables, berries and herbs when the season is right. Every day we serve two main courses, soup, homemade bread and a big salad buffet.
