About
The cuisine is mostly inspired by A taste of Smland, which we cross in our own way with Swedish homely fare and classic dishes from other parts of the world. Favourites are potato pancakes, Hganloft beef, Ister Svensson and Pizza Helrtt with influences from Alsace. We work with local produce and suppliers and adapt our menu and dishes to the season. In the summer, you can enjoy the closeness to the wonderful nature at our open-air restaurant where we can also arrange nice barbecue schools and evenings.
