P 1854 serverar vi italiensk mat enligt den gamla skolan. Grejen r att vi gr det p ett enkelt stt. Menyn r full av svra ord som antipasti, primi, secondi och dolci, men hos oss gr det lika bra att strunta i allt vad tradition heter. Du kan blanda och bestlla lite som du vill. Det r s vi vill att 1854 ska knnas: som en salig rra av dtid, nutid, hgt, lgt och spektakulrt. Med grym mat och skn atmosfr. Och stmning som fr en toscansk familjemiddag att blekna.
