Pumphusets restaurant is located on the sea in the coastal village of Borstahusen, with wonderful views of resund, the island of Ven and Denmark.Pumphuset is also a vibrant house of culture. In addition to the restaurant, we have one of Swedens best art galleries and a museum featuring a permanent exhibition about the old fishing village of Borstahusen. With us, you can relax while the sun sets and watch the boats traverse the Sound. Its just as cozy on a nice summer evening as on a stormy autumn day when sea-spray hits the big panorama windows. Our menu emphasizes fish from our local fishermen. We work only with carefully selected ingredients from local suppliers, and we customize our menu according to the season.
