Crafts and tradition are important cornerstones and organic ingredients are used as much as possible.Everything is baked in a stone oven in our room where the shop and bakery converge , giving the visitor insight into the bakery and the bakers direct contact with their customers.On Organic Bakery mixes readily classic and new ideas and elements of supply varies with flavors after season. Sourdough baguettes, rye bread , Danish rye bread and our levain variations are available year round. We also bake pastries and biscuits and the range also includes muesli and coffee.We also have lunch with soups, grilled sourdough sandwiches and salads.
