The price for all the food (we do not take admission) are included for all the food, a sum that we call "the livestock premium" equivalent to 20-40 SEK/ person for all who eat. Those not eating contributes nothing to the animal care and living expenses during the winter when the business is closed and the most expensive. Pannkaksladan is a family business in the family Ekblom's farm and which annually employs over 40 people, mostly school children to serve over 40 000 meals. Everything from our famous pannkaksbuff to lovely salads, delicious grill menues such as the Baby Back Ribs to BBQ chicken fillet and homemade burgers model oversize. We are open from Easter to late autumn. It has a restaurant and a mini zoo with over 50 animals (read the signs). There is also a small playground for the smaller kids, Segway renting, lassoing and mini-car track, play tent and a wonderful rural setting. We also have a new bouncy castle and more seating under a roof when it's bad weather - rain ... We serve food for about 150 people an hour. In rain, we open "The loft" where about 150 people can enjoy their meals with views of the courtyard through our panoramic windows. Then you can not sit outside because if it was raining. For season 2016 we have also more toilets (5 pcs new) and expanded buffet that can handle more people per hour. For four weeks in July / Aug, we have a lot of people because of holidays but we have 250-500 seats, depending on weather. The better the weather, the more seats.
