Malm Opera's restaurant serves not only typical Swedish home cooking but also international dishes, often customised to the customer's taste and requirement. The menu varies according to the seasons and most of what we serve is of organic produce. Even our wines are chosen carefully by our own sommeliers. We of course serve fish dishes as well, also from sustainable origin so you can enjoy good food here without having to jeopardise your conscience! The Opera Grill can proudly boast its own mini brewery with many different sorts of our own home brewed beer. Most welcome!
