Wijnjas opened in 1979. Originally just a cheese shop, Restaurant W by Wijnjas now serves both rustic and elegant fare, together with a vast selection of cheese in a relaxed atmosphere. We currently have some 1000 wines on our list and always offer a wide range of wines by the glass. During the summer months we have an outdoor dining space with sofas until 10 PM. Our back cellar and chambres separes can accomodate various party sizes, from 10 to 70 guests seated, or up to 100 guests standing. We host events and arrange both wine and cheese tastings for private groups. Do not forget to visit our cheese shop, Wijnjas Grosshandel, located two blocks away, at Bergsgatan 24.
