Elektra's ambition is to give its guests a real culinary experience. The kitchen prepares authentic Greek dishes with a little extra creativity. The chefs use only the best ingredients in creating treats such as stuffed vine leaves; thessaloniki (grilled beef burgers); souvlaki (classic Greek-style shish kebab); arni fournou (roast lamb); and a range of pasta dishes.
