The inspiration for this concept, as one might imagine from the name, is taken from the U.S. We were inspired and influenced by the diversity found in America’s art, food culture,literature, and music. If you happen to like any of the few options on the menu, then you are in for a treat. That could be the primary handicap with this place. Otherwise the restaurant has a good airy feel and the location is quite central.
Nice and clean, but a bit noisy. Good food and friendly waiters. Easy choise if too hungry to try what the city has to offer.
I stayed at Sign and wanted to try the restaurant also. I liked it, the menu was just how I wanted it and the food was great. Could have been some more staff available, however we did not need to wait long.
Visited for a late Sunday brunch. They seemed very short on staff and had trouble keeping the buffet stocked with food. Food was ok but not great. More of an over sized regular hotel breakfast than something worth over 300 SEK.
