Konditorn & Bagarn (in english: Pastry cook and Baker) is a small and genuine sourdough bakery that opened in march 2015. This little cosy place breathe knowledge, ambition and lots of flavour. Everything is made by hand and without shortcuts. The stone oven gives the bread a special character. Except bread you can enjoy traditional Swedish fika, several breakfast alternatives, a small lunch and good coffee and tea from a local roasting house. You can also buy lovely packages of msli, cookies, marmalade, crisp bread, lemonade and much more. The bakery is a dream that came true for the pastry cook Cajsa, that today is the single owner. By her side she has talented bakers and colleagues in the caf.
