During the late 1800s millions of Japanese immigrated to South America. Sao Paulo was the first choice for many of the people that immigrated, with over 1 million calling Sao Paulo their new home. The influx of new Brazilians found their At Liberdade we have taken inspiration from this fusion of cultures with a focus on the best raw ingredients and turned it into a culinary journey to Brazil.
