Restaurant Orkid is a real classic Thai, serving traditional Thai food with flair and finesse. If you already have visited Thailand you will recognize the flavors and if you still have not been there you will certainly have a reason to go there! The restaurant, which opened back in 1992, is one of the first Thai restaurants of Sdermalm. Despite being open for many years the restaurant is in the forefront and was crowned Europes best Thai restaurant in the Asian Curry Awards in London in 2012. Restaurant Orkid is easy to find, it is located directly adjacent to Sderhallarna at Medborgarplatsen.
