Welcome to Vrdshuset Sala Silvergruva! Here you can dine in a beautiful and historical environment. The restaruant is located in the old resident for the manager of the mines water system who lived here in the late 18th Century. He was in charge of managing and operating the water pumps in the mine as well as the large water Wheels that was needed the bring the silver ore out of the mountain. Today you can enjoy tasty Swedish cuisine with a modern twist. We want to affirm the Swedish food culture, heritage and use both herbs and spices that are well-rooted in Swedish history.
