Cesarstugan

About

Cesarstugan, an old-fashioned restaurant and caf, inspired by a soldier's farmhouse with wooden pillars, large fireplaces and hand-painted walls. Some say it feels like time has stopped here. We also have the unique exhibition and museum "Peasant Year" (500 square meters) on farm life in Sweden during the years of World War II, when the whole family worked in the farms and where there were big gaps between the poor and the rich. It consists of 50 lifelike wax figures, a living watercourse, 19th century clothing store, incredible landscape motifs on the walls and antique vehicles and tools.
