Garveriet in Floda is an inspiring meeting place where knowledge and curiosity about innovative, sustainable and local, small-scale food production are boosted. Garveriet an old tannery by the river Sven, gently renovated and transformed to bakery, restaurant, caf, shop, conference halls and more. The ingredients come from producers within a 20 kilometers radius, and the aim is to become entirely self-sufficient on vegetables and fish, and besides that inspire others to live and eat more sustainably. Stop here for a lunch, a Swedish fika or learn something new at a zero waste cooking class. Or have a meeting in our conference facilities. Located in Floda, a small community 29 kilometers east of Gothenburg, Sweden.
