Hildas restaurant, named after one of Gardas 18th century school headmistresses, is all about seasonal ingredients and fresh food made entirely from scratch. The way it would have been in Hildas day. Though thanks to international culinary inspiration, our buffet offers a daily spread that Hilda herself could only have dreamed of.
