Our idea has from the start, has been that each visitor will feel unique and get a really good product irrespective of whether it is a full dinner or just a simple Gin & tonic after work with colleagues. We have created a food concept where the basic idea is to fill the table with food so that everyone can share, just as we would share a bottle of wine. The bar, which is located in connection to the restaurant has the towns tastiest cocktails, we are working with fresh fruits and our own freshly pressed juices on a daily basis, which, together with the leading brands become really good cocktails, quite simple, but not obvious everywhere.
