It is an excellent place if you are looking for an old school sushi place. He cares about maintaing high standard and be careful not to disrupt the masters precision and work.
I’d say 2 years ago I would have given this place a 5 star compared to the quality of sushi you get in Gothenburg. But since then the size of the fish has gone down and replaced by rice. The prices have also gone up.
Don’t judge a restaurant by its front windows display ? I did and I changed my mind after I went there. And I really want to go there again. I just wish he would do All-You-Can-Eat Sushi but that’s probably not authentic anymore. ?
