During Summertime (May through September) our Fonduekeller remains closed If you wish to take a journey back to Late Middle Ages and try a delicious cheese Fondue at the same time then visit our Adlerkeller. It was rebuilt little by little after the great fire in 1560 which destroyed the old village of Appenzell. Various wines and spirits are served from mostly Swiss and neighbouring regions.
