The Hotel-restaurant du Cerf, a gastronomic Mecca, is run by Jean-Marc Soldati, a former Fredy Girardet and the late Philippe Rochat at the famous Hotel de Ville in Crissier. The establishment has posted two toques and 16 Gault & Millau points since its opening in 2000. A year later, in 2001, it won a Michelin star, a recognition confirmed year after year since then. A member of Les Grandes Tables de Suisse since 2013, Le Cerf offers one of the best addresses in the entire Jura Arc. We come from far and wide.
