The Restaurant "zum Thailnder" is a well known and renowned (Michelin, Guide Bleu) Royal Thai restaurant in Biel-Bienne. An Thiravit Karinrak is known for its high quality selection of raw materials and their processing in the Royal Thai cuisine. He declares all raw materials used which, wherever possible, come from controlled and certified companies (also in Thailand). We do not use semi-finished products in most dishes and produce special sauces directly on site. All dishes are prepared a la minute. Our wines are served in the restaurant by a renowned wine house in Biel. The wine selection is specially adapted to the dishes.
