The Stella history More than 150 years ago the old part of the house, which is still standing, was built and known as the Pension Beau-Sejour. Since then numerous renovations and extensions have taken place. In 1970, for example, the swimming pool was added and the name was changed to the Hotel Stella. Every year renovations and repair work are carried out to make it more comfortable and safe for you. The Stella nowadays The Hofmann-Frei family have managed the hotel for three generations. The owners, with their heart and soul, together with the happy staff provide the special atmosphere. The hotel is in a housing area, but only a three to five minute walk to the West train station, the centre and the Hoheweg (main street). The central, quiet location together with its garden, large walnut tree and swimming pool make the Stella hotel an ideal residence. Flambeing dishes and carving them at your table is part of the tradition in the Stellambiente restaurant.
