This cosy mountain hut offers a fantastic 360 view high above Gstaad at an altitude of 1,915 metres above sea level. It is a paradise for families and children, as well as being the ideal starting point for fun snow sports, tobogganing adventures and extensive panorama hikes in winter and summer. The mountain hut provides the ideal setting for showcasing alpine life and alpine cheeses: Find out whats behind the [Swiss dialect] expression Ds Chalb mache at the Wispile mountain hut and join our Kuhl to know discovery tour to see what the resort has to do with cows and what sort of hobbies the 70 Wispile dairy cattle like to get up to in their leisure time. The local specialities are an invitation to savour some delicious moments, and the alpine bowling alley is guaranteed to make for an exciting experience. We enjoyed our lunch and afternoon in Wispile. There is a nice playground and a small zoo that our two young kids really enjoyed. The restaurant had good food (great salads!) and nice service
