Welcome at the Cabriolle Hotel and Restaurant, You will find here traditionnals et authentics Swiss and more precisly Gruyere traditions. From the drinks to the dishes, the major part of the raw products come from local suppliers and every dishes are homemade. Located in the center of the old town of Bulle, in Gruyre, the staff will know how to put you at ease in one of our magnificent and traditional dining room. If you decide to stay more than one day in the area, you will be able to stay in one of our astonishing themed room. The Hotel and restaurant is a 2 minutes walk from 3 diferents car parks and a 3 minutes walk from the train station.
