Made here as in Italy. We are Italian and we prepare our gelato according to our original Italian recipes and only using traditional processes. We make it in front of everyone. We make it from scratch, right here, in our shop, everyday. No artificial anything. We do not use any artificial flavorings, colorings, emulsifiers, preservatives, or non-natural thickeners. Best fresh local ingredients. We use fresh milk and cream from local dairies in Fribourg Region exclusively. We visit local farmers for best fruits farms or market stands. Regional Italian jewels. We bring you from Italy several Italian gems, such as the Tonda Gentile hazelnuts (Piedmont), pistachios (Sicily), almonds (Apulia), and Limone di Sorrento (Campania).
