- From 2pm to 6pm, 7 days a week, a "homemade" snacking menu is served with a special attention to high quality produce from starter to desert - On weekends for lunch and dinner (from noon to 2 pm & from 7 pm to 10 pm) you will be served the simpler and extremely fresh "homemade" cuisine devised by the chef and his brigade with a special attention to high quality produce. The chef is Bruno Marchal, recently awarded by Gault&Millau for his second gourmet restaurant at the Bristol Hotel Geneva: Ct Square (16/20 in 2020) open only from Monday to Friday, lunch and dinner. The cuisine at Ct Caf is more casual and international.
