Romandine Attitude! At the foot of the old town, the Romandine boasts a kitchen-concept with scents and flavours of the Romand terroir (mostly from Geneva). The innovative and main idea of the sign is to have put "his sauce" at the heart of all the attentions. Here she is the STAR: It gives its name to the establishment, it accompanies each of the dishes (Local Chicken Perly-city, potatoes of jussy, Fish of the lake, the bread of carouge ...) and presents itself in a dish on its own stove. Manufactured according to a jealously guarded recipe, its composition is the preferred discussion subject of the diners. Some clues: smooth, generous with a dominant tarragon,a pinch of mild curry, and a hint of cenovis as a wink to the region. Every week suggestions prepared with seasonal products of the market give you the choice of 3 entries and/or 3 dishes (canaille, discovery and pleasure) Every month, exclusively, a winemaker in the canton will propose his range of wines. Finally, a delicious homemade dessert buffet awaits you, when we leave, we can even chip a lollipop or a candy.
