Roudayna's restaurant travels through the world of Kebbeh, an essential mezze dish at a Lebanese table. Our Kebbeh paste is homemade. It is made from whole grounded up wheat simply boiled in water. Flavored with a selection of top quality spices, it is then stuffed with beef, chicken, vegetables or fish. Our Kebbeh is cooked in two different ways ; Baked (Kebbeh Madd) or fried (Kebbeh Eraas) and is served with a choice of fresh salads prepared every morning.
