In winter, the warm atmosphere of the restaurant created by Engadin wooden furniture and in the summer the garden and terrace outside combined with a menu based on products at km 0 or imported directly from Italy, have helped make Restaurant 1865 one of the most popular and successful of the Upper Engadine. Every day we commit ourselves to a selection of raw materials that are cooked according to the authentic tradition Engadine but with a touch of Italian flair in order to enjoy one of the finest dining experiences in the valley. Our pizzas, cooked in a wood oven, are made exclusively with organic flour and high-quality products because they always keep their taste more real and genuine and make the best of the entire Engadine ..
