Le Lapin Bleu is a true neighborhood staple. Opened in 1869, it is the first and oldest restaurant in St.Moritz. Guests and locals meet for a coffee or an aperitif at the communal table, a meal in between, for lunch or dinner. The cuisine is fresh, diverse and uses homemade products to create a typical Swiss and Italian experience.
