We recommend the "Canorta", our lounge, for a peaceful cup of tea or a glass of wine. With a backdrop of a crackling fire in the hearth, this is a wonderful place to spend time. Forget your day-to-day routine, with all its cares. Here at the FidazerHof, it's YOU that counts, as far as we are concerned. And as you really are important to us, we extend our holistic approach into our kitchen too. Only the best is good enough. Our Master Chefs are dedicated to sustainable and responsible cuisine. Our pots and pans contain only what is healthy, organic and, as far as possible, local too. Our efforts have been awarded with the "Gout Mieux" label. Together, we guarantee the following: we respect seasonality, use the foods of the region and only use products that are friendly to nature and to animals. We are also members of "Slow Food Switzerland" in Convivum Nord-Bunden. It only remains for us to say "Guten Appetit"!
