The MONTANA cuisine embodies the ease of the South, and draws on influences from southern Switzerland, Italy, France and Greece. Our long-serving head chef, Johan Breedijk, places great importance on ensuring that all of our dishes are freshly prepared every day, with excellent ingredients.
