The Restaurant Hagerbach is a unique space, which surprises with cosiness and a relaxed feel in the underground ambient of the mountain. Over lunch, from Monday to Friday, we spoil our guests as a public restaurant with simple but tasty menus. On evenings and Saturday, the restaurant opens to groups from 20 people. Then our kitchen chef Uwe Schlomann creates all: from simply comfort food to gourmet compositions. Guided by the seasons, we cook fresh and if available allows - as regional as possible.
