We are Maestri della Pasta, a startup made in Italy which aim is to spread the traditional Italian recipes"as they are meant to be made." With our fast casual restaurants, work stations and food trucks we bring pasta dishes abroad to teach true recipes and the Italian know-how. Our calling is summed up in this claim: Go Italian or go Home! We believe that the Italian tradition should be thought everywhere. As masters, we prepare fresh pasta everyday. We are true Italians, naturally teachers and we claim the originals.
