With its beautiful Valais traditional decor, Le Chateau de Villa is where the finest local terroir specialties are served. Cheese dishes are at the centre of these, such as our famous cheese raclette made from raw milk from 5 pastures, our fondue and dried meats from our own pigs raised in Alpine pastures, as well as other cured specialties. Our head chef also offers you a menu featuring seasonal specialties from fresh products that are flavourful and from but also typical for the region. The Wine Bar: Some 650 wines and the talents of more than 110 wine producers are featured at the exceptional "oenotheque". It offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the nearly exhaustive collection of Valais terroir wines. Visitors can taste different wines each week, by the glass, and can buy bottles of all the wines that are presented.Details
