Large panoramic windows offer a magnificent high-alpine vista, while the open show kitchen invites guests to see their meals being prepared. The Matterhorn glacier paradise restaurant is modern and eco-friendly. In 2010, the zero-energy building with Minergie-P certification was awarded both the Swiss and the European Solar Prizes. The restaurant offers a very varied menu, from home-made soups via Valais specialities and Alpine classics to Indian dishes, which are served during the summer months. A constantly changing menu of the day rounds off the offering.
