We enjoyed dining out at Au Boeuf Rouge in a warm summer night. The service is very friendly and efficient. the food was excellent. the tartare adjusted to the each customer’s preference. delicious desserts. Prices in line with the region!
Service was very good compared to the standard in Switzerland. Much more friendly than the average!Dishes are good. With a touch of innovation, but don’t expect haute cuisine. However, tastes were spot on and honest cooking. Will go again for sure!
